ABOUT US
Our Founder
I’d like to share a little about myself so you can get to know me before trusting me with your child and family. My name is Scott Kingsada, and I have over 16 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I received my undergraduate degree from UC Santa Barbara in 2009 and my Master of Arts in 2021 from Arizona State University. In 2022, I became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals ranging from young children as early as age 2 to adults up to age 33. My experience spans across various settings, including in-home services, schools, group homes, and day programs. These opportunities have allowed me to gain a well-rounded perspective and to support individuals and families in many different stages of life.
I have a deep passion and love for the field of ABA, and I bring compassion and empathy to every client I work with. I believe every child is unique, and I am committed to creating an individualized treatment plan tailored specifically to your child’s needs, strengths, and goals. My priority is to support meaningful growth while ensuring families feel understood, supported, and empowered throughout the journey. I am a huge proponent of assent-based aba practices.
In my spare time, I love spending time with my two nieces. We enjoy going to the mall, relaxing at the beach, and sharing sushi together. I’m also a big sports fan—fun fact, I even have a minor in Sports Management! Outside of work, I have a passion for traveling and exploring new foods, which allows me to experience different cultures and flavors.
